In the context menu, choose open with and select wine. In the file browser (nautilus), find the INSTALL.exe and right click it. For this purpose, I used gmount-iso but I am pretty sure there are other (and better) ways. Using the ISO installation method, one has to deal with the CD swapping during installation.

As a side note, there are collections of hacks using this as their base. But it doesn't need tabbed to work, either. It was all I had working for the longest time. You may even have to write a little script to get it all started the way you like.
And you'll also have to compile the proper version yourself, as most distributions will not have it in their repositories.
